Lebashe Investment Holdings, a 100% black-owned and 48% woman-owned investment firm, holds a controlling interest in the business effective from 1 July 2021. Yes. Section 14 transfers (bulk transfers of members between funds) are central to our employee benefit consulting work. We assist with the advice, coordination, and regulatory process required to execute a transfer in compliance with the Pension Funds Act.
Yes. We support boards of trustees through the Section 37C investigation and allocation process, including guidance on tracing dependants, documentation requirements, and defensible decision-making in line with the Pension Funds Act and relevant Pension Funds Adjudicator determinations.
